Guidelines
=========================
All entries go through a two-step selection process.
The inclusion is judged solely by visuals submitted
inline or attachment send to:
submit@artoteque.com
Numbers of Entries: up to 90 works. Jpeg [.JPG] files can
be submitted on-line. We can review your site for this
purpose. All accepted works that pass the first
screening will be exhibited and one work published (CD-ROM).
BUYERS
=========================
To
potential buyers’ art purchase interest in order to sell
art making the works available, Artoteque immediately
will request from the artist the original work dealing
for the best price.
1st step selection
=========================
The first screening is FREE and is conducted by
review of website for this purpose or on Jpeg [ .JPG ]
versions of the submitted work inline or attachment ( send to:
submit@artoteque.com ).
Applicants who receive notification of passing the
first step selection should provide the work(s) either
by e-mailed computer files ( inline or attachment send to:
submit@artoteque.com ) or by directly mail as photographs or slide.
2nd step
selection

Submitters whose entries pass the first screening
are requested to submit inline or attachment ( send to:
submit@artoteque.com
) or send by mail the photos or slides of their works
for the exhibition and the fee payment.
Materials to be

the exhibition.
Completed the application forms and return to Artoteque.
SIZE
=========================
Exhibition: image files .JPG 72 dpi / 400 pix or
slides or photographs.
Application fee

US$ 60 / Euro 50 entry fee for 6 works
and One-Year display
US$ 100 / Euro 90 I entry fee for 18 works
US$ 6 / Euro 5 for each
additional work
The submision fee must be included with the submission
fee
(submitters whose entries pass the first screening only).
Payment by Direct Money Transfer, Money Order, by Card
by PayPal, by Western Union to Marta-Maria Dimitrescu.

Period

One-Year display from inclusion
1.The
organizers assure the submitted works for the period
virtual exposure on Artoteque from to the time
exhibition close. 2.
The organizers shall reserve the right to reproduce the
accepted works for the purpose of recording and
promoting the exhibition. 3.
One exhibition catalogue (CD Multimedia) will
be given to all submitters of accepted works. 4.
Entries received at the designated address after the
deadline are not accepted. * All
inquiries should be made in writing, or e-mail.
