Artoteque
Online Gallery is pleased to invite all fine artists to
participate in the 3rd contemporary art annual
exhibition:
WORK ON DISPLAY an online event held one
year at
www.artoteque.com.
We promote current artist's profiles and send out a
monthly newsletter including digital files of the
artists in exhibition to our wide network of over
220,000 art collectors, art dealers, galleries, museums
and art lovers.
The call for entries is open to all fine artists in all
mediums, forms, genres, media, and styles the artistic
work is made. All digital image files of the works for
the exhibition must be emailed to submit@artoteque.com.

How many pieces of artwork can I exhibit?
Provide 6

12 works along the works title, year, technique, size and
price.

How long can I exhibit my art?
One-year
beginning with the date of the inclusion.

What is the images size?
Your works image must be a .JPG or .JPEG file at 72 dpi
with a file size between 800-1000 pixels.

How much does it cost?
There is a US$70
|
Euro 50 entry fee for 6 works and US$99
|
Euro 80 for 12 works, two-years on display beginning with
the date of the inclusion.

How to provide the entry fee?
By PayPal. For payment by PayPal [click

By direct transfer on account (ask for details).
By Western Union (ask for details).

Can I get the entry fee refunded?
If your submission is not accepted the entry fee will be
entirely refunded.

The Awards
One Grand Prize value $4,490. Two Prize of Excellence
value $2,250. Diploma of Excellence.

Sale of Works
We send out a monthly digital files of artists in
exhibition to to our wide network of over 220,000
collectors, dealers, galleries and art lovers inviting to
buy any of your art work.
The Gallery is not responsible for the selling or shipping
of the artist works. All financial transactions are
forwarded to artists and are strictly between the customer
and the artist. The Gallery takes 0% commission.

How much the reproduction it cost?
a.
1/2 page US$ 379 / Euro 299. The insertion includes one
large 1/2 page reproduction or two 1/4 reproductions, the
artist photo, the website, the place of live and work,
short writing.
b.
1/1 page US$ 759 /Euro 599. The insertion includes one
large 1/1 full page reproduction or two 1/2 reproductions
or four 1/4 reproductions, the artist photo, the website,
the place of live and work, short writing, statement or
essay.

What is the image size and the info to be received?
a.
Your
works image must be a high resolution .JPG or .JPEG or
.TIFF file at 300 dpi with a file size between 2400 - 3000
pixels.
b.
The
work title, year, technique and size.
c.
Your
place of residence and the website.
d.
A
photo of yourself.

~ 300 words
of statement, essay or writing.
